I bought a rocker/recliner at Pleasant Hill Rd.-Atlanta. Within the first 8 months the chair was fixed 4 times. Then the 5th time it broke, the manager - Mark Richer - told me that it is costing them more to fix the chair than what they made from it, so he decided not to fix the chair any more and not to replace it. Told me that I will have to pay for all repair fees. So I got stuck with a broken chair. And I broken
heart as I thought LaZboy would stand behind thier product. But they don't and I wish I would have checked the internet first as I have seen many bad reports on them. It is a
shame.
