We purchased a two reclining sofas from lazyboy. We had a problem with one 1 week after delivery. They sent out a tech to assess the problem. The brand new sofa had to be replaced. Today, 8 months after delivery of the aofa rhe recliner on the sofa doesnt work. Not even a year. Called the store, was told someone will calm you back. No call back. Lazyboy has some crappy service.

Leather is flaking off where the natural cracks are. They send their own leather specialist out who writes a *** report saying it's normal for leather to do that . When she was saying to my face that she doesn't know why it was happening.
