Lazboy - Horrible Commercials

Because I do not understand with all of the money that La-Z-Boy makes by selling their products they cannot put more money into their commercials. Your commercial with Brooke Shields is horrific and makes me want to do anything but by La-Z-Boy. Nothing against her but she appears fake in the commercial and not warm and comforting that makes your consumers want to buy the furniture.

We purchased a two reclining sofas from lazyboy. We had a problem with one 1 week after delivery. They sent out a tech to assess the problem. The brand new sofa had to be replaced. Today, 8 months after delivery of the aofa rhe recliner on the sofa doesnt work. Not even a year. Called the store, was told someone will calm you back. No call back. Lazyboy has some crappy service.
