bought a 5 year fabric protection plan through lazy boy when i bought a recliner.guardsman refuses to respond to a request for service.
i have a burn hole in the arm rest which is covered by the 5 years protection. the reason they gave me is i didn't reported it in a timely manner. (five days). contacted guardsman by phone and was told they will not repair or refund the cost of the plan and don't put a new claim in because they will not honor it.
called lazy boy and talked to mgr and was told he would see what he could do but didn't think he could resolve issue.
i've called everywhere and ran out of avenues.maybe you can help???????????????
