We have owned three La Z boy recliners in the past. The were all comfortable with good support and well made. The fourth one we bought was another story. It not only looks cheap, it is poorly made with inferior materials. It's uncomfortable, and the padding shifts and parts fall out. We will never shop La Z Boy again. What a disappointment.
