I have had my Lazyboy sofa for a few months here in 2016. It was delivered with the frame fractured, barely noticeable. The back of the sofa on one end was leaning back a bit vs the other 2 back sections. Service came out, they placed an order for a new back. Bought a 1200 couch from lazboy a little over a year ago and it broke. I scheduled a service appointment, which cost $109 and no one showed up or called to cancel the appointment.
