Lazy boy is replacing a poorly designed plastic recliner mechanism. This is the third part. Lifetime warranty costs me $115 to replace a free junk plastic part. For the price of the furniture Lazyboy should use quality parts, they don't! Would not recommend Lazyboy to anyone.

Because I do not understand with all of the money that La-Z-Boy makes by selling their products they cannot put more money into their commercials. Your commercial with Brooke Shields is horrific and makes me want to do anything but by La-Z-Boy. Nothing against her but she appears fake in the commercial and not warm and comforting that makes your consumers want to buy the furniture.
