My mother of 89 years of age has 2 LazBoy "Reclina-Rest", 1 she sets in and one she sleeps in. 4-5 years ago the pawl in one had finally striped its teeth to the point that it would not stay in the reclined position. I am not going to type out the entire story as it has been going on since 11-2014. The bottom line is the "premium fabric" the salesperson gushed over is terrible. It balls up into little fuzz balls and we were told we would need to shave the couch a few times before the piling would stop. We have been Lazboy customers for many years. We spent $1400.00 on our last recliner. Loved it for 3 months and then all the padding sunk to the bottom of the chair and it became very uncomfortable.
