Our lazy boy couch was delivered on1/17/18. The first week the rightside front began to sink .A lazyboy repair specialist came out and said he would order a new scction to be installed on 5/10.since we had purchased the ultra shield protection I later inquired about the new section getting the ultra shield done on the new section .The man i talked to said there was nothing they could do.he proceeded 2 tell me that if i got a stain on the new section to call ultrashield warranty and file a claim.To me this is dishonest.We bought our couch in good faith,to ask me to defraud the ultra shield compNy is wrong.
