Two year old leather recliner had large discolored area suddenly appear on headrest. I had purchased the fabric protection plan when I bought the recliner from Lazyboy.
The third party vendor said it was a manufacturing fault and would not honor their warranty. Lazyboy told me it was my problem, after a technician came to examine it. He tried to charge me for the visit. After some back and forth, he dropped that demand.
I just ordered some deglazer and dye from Amazon and will do my best to make it look presentable.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of lack of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of lazboy customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1200. Lazboy needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
