"Long story short, La-Z-Boy sells an inferior product, and they won't acknowledge its problems or reimburse their customers. This couch is still less than 2 years old." This from the review of another dissatisfied customer.

We have the same experience with our sleeper sofa purchased in 2013 with a five year extended warranty for the bonded leather-- and are told that because the peeling is not caused by an accident, it is not covered by our extended five year warranty. Why alienated your customers by refusing to recover obvious manufacter-flawed material? To put the burden of reupholstery on the customer is unconscionable. A company of integrity would reupholster such flawed products free of charge with an apology.

We are told this material is no longer available. Of course not.

It is flawed. So please reupholster with something that will stand the test of time!.

I liked: Design and appearance of product when purchased.

I didn't like: Bonded leather material manufacture flawed - peeling, Excuses given to not rectify obvious material flaw, Company not standing behind product quality.

we purchased one in July 2012. Exact same issue. Worse, we thought we purchased full-grain leather, not bonded!
