Worst recliners I have ever purchased and the most expensive .... warranty is a joke !!! Never buying lazy boy again ... I have been sitting in lazy boys for over 25 years and never again there workmanship is awful ... where are they made now ??????? Lazboy - Another pissed consumer
Developed a rash as soon my sofa and recliner arrived at the end of July beginning of August 2017. Under my dermatologist care. Going out of my mind, the chemical smells, the itching , the rash that's keeping me awake at night. No help from the store or costumer service 800 number. I will contact the tv channel that helps consumers. Lazboy accountability to the consumer REFUND MY MONEY......
Lazboy - Lazyboy leather peeling
Spent over $700 for recliner & couch and it is peeling. The store would only give $250 credit and replacing it was not an option for the Lazyboy company. Very disappointed in their quality of merchandise & we had never had issues like this with thrm before. Come to find out it that many customers have experienced the same. You would think a class action would be filed against them.
Lazboy - Air valve
