We bought an electronic recliner for $3K. Waited 10 weeks to receive.

When delivered the leather was wrinkled, loose and just not right in many areas of the recliner. We called the store about the issue and a rep was sent to examine the recliner. The person agreed that some work needed to be done so they picked it up, supposedly fixed it and then returned it within a few weeks. We refused the delivery since it was not fixed to our satisfaction with some of the same areas not fixed.

We went to the store and said we wanted to return it and get our money back. The salesman said we would owe a 25% return fee and offered no support to to make it right. Waited 2 months and never heard back from store who were still fixing it a 3rd time. We called AMEX and opened a dispute about the quality and poor customer service.

A month later we got a full refund from AMEX. Store tried to call after this but we ignored.

NEVER again will we buy Lazy-Boy. So glad we used AMEX vs store financing or we would of not received a refund.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Poor quality - leather upholstery, Poor warranty.
