Designer really didn't know what she was doing, never sent a floor plan, never provided to delivery people either...the rug she suggested and provided a very small sample, when it arrived it was horrible, the sample was not a true representation of the rug -- the store told us it was special ordered, it was not. The rug was off the shelf and it took several days to get them to take it back.

Then the furniture, the quality is horrid -- pucker, missed stitches, stitched several times with tucks, under stuffed. PLYWOOD showing at bottom of one chair (painted green) and then only Velcroed in place, so when anyone sits down it pulls the Velcro loose!!

On the arms of the Loveseat, the padding is about 1/4 of foam and you can feel PLYWOOD edges through the fabric.

Tech from Lazy Boy said all items are within spec!!!!

Lazy Boy is ONLY going to replace a portion of the back on one chair!!

I have been a lazy Boy customer for a long time...our old chairs are a better quality then the new ones just delivered. My money would've been better spent having the old chairs recovered!

I just bought a recliner and sofa from a local lazy boy dealer.I paid $1700.00 for the pair.They are the poorest quality junk i have ever seen!! They are only 2 months old and already having trouble with reclining of the sofa.Total waste of hard earned money!!!!
