Took several weeks b4 lz boy contacted me, told technician would be contacting me. Received post card stating what day they would come. No window with hours, and when I'm trying to contact them for a window they're claiming to be at my door. Hours now and no response.

We purchased furniture back in July. When delivered it had multiple problems. I must say when i posted there had been problems i was immediately contacted by corporate. They couldnt have been nicer! We currently have furniture that will go back when are new ones comes.
