Went into your store shopping for living room furniture. In there about 20 minutes. No one ever asked us if they could help us. They were sitting at their desk. One persin was taking care of a customer. The ladies were sitting looking at their computers not on the phone and never looked in our direction. Wont be back.

Lazboy - Received furniture damaged

Took several weeks b4 lz boy contacted me, told technician would be contacting me. Received post card stating what day they would come. No window with hours, and when I'm trying to contact them for a window they're claiming to be at my door. Hours now and no response.
