purchased 2 leather recliners, cloth sofa and love seat for approx. 7000.00 in June 2010. The 2 recliners are wearing, one much more than the other. Leather has worn (rotted) right thru! We contacted Kelowna BC Laz y boy where we purchased the furniture with no satisfaction. Also no response from the head office of Laz y boy! Would not recommend Laz y boy leather furniture to anyone, quality and service is unacceptable..
