On February 9 (one day later), we engaged Furniture Taxi Plus to move the couch from the garage to the living room. It literally took two guys less than 10 minutes and they could not understand why LazyBoy delivery people refused to bring it into the house.

We highly recommend FurnitureTaxiPlus.ca - they were fast, friendly and very reasonably priced.

We will bring their receipt to LazyBoy. Stay tuned...

Purchased a couch from LazyBoy with delivery. They came today and refused to bring it in the house.

They left it in the garage. Went to LazyBoy today after this happened. Person we spoke to in the store said her manager would call us in two days. I asked her if the movers would return to put the couch in the living room and she said no.

We had our old couch removed this morning by two very pleasant movers from another company, without any difficulty.

Now we have no couch in the living room and the new one is still in the garage. LazyDelivery and LazyCustomerService!

Review about: Lazboy Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $330.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Helpful sales staff in showroom, Selection of items in showroom with different colours available.

I didn't like: Being told i must wait two days to speak to a manager, Having to pay extra for movers after lazy delivery people came, Lazydelivery and lazycustomerservice.
