We purchased a sectional from La Z Boy in Midlothian, VA. We were told up front that the left end section would be delievered 1 to 2 weeks after the first 2 sections.
We purchased this furniture in mid-October with the expectation that we would have the entire sectional by Thanksgiving and was verbally told by our saleperson that we would have the entire sectional by the first week of November. Now we are being told that the earliest we will get the last third of our sectional is the end of November. This is not a custom piece and has standard upholstery. That's fine, it is what it is, but what bothers us is that La z Boy and our salesperson just don't care.
Our salesperson's attitude is "too bad".
They have done nothing to promote good customer service or goodwill to encourage us to ever purchase from them again. So sad that they truely don't care about the customer experience.
