I bought a reclining "leather" set in lazy boy in February 2012 and also took the insurance. About one year after I had the set, a bolt came out of the foot rest.

I called the insurance, took pictures per their request, sent then the info requesting the bolt/screw. They wrote me back and told me they denied my claim as I did not report it within a week. A Bolt? Are you kidding me?

Well, 4 years into owning this set, the total couch is peeling. Embarressed isn't the word. Looks like garbage. Can't sit on the couch as you have this peeling material all over you.

I tried calling the store I purchased it, the comfort care line, forget it, you are holding for hours, no one ever picks.

Well my next move is to report them to the better business bureau. I'm done with them.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Lazboy Cons: Customer service and product quality.
