Response not true. We have been frustrated but have cooperated with them.
We have expensive chair just sitting here. We did contact them within first 10 days and they said it was the remote which was not true. The contract repairman has had to reschedule several times but he has changed all the parts and still does not work.
We have called many times and they "pass the buck". The store manager has even changed during this time.
Not sure how much they are to be trusted to pickup chair, take it to Houston, maybe fix it over unspecified amount of time and return chair.
We do not trust them.

We do understand that this can be a frustrating situation for the customer. They did call after the chair had been in their home well past the 10 day return window.
We have been attempting to fix any issues that the customer may have but they have been refusing to schedule pick up to inspect the chair for any issues. The customer is now scheduled for pick up and any issues that are present, if there are any issues will be corrected at that time.
