Bought custom Devon Sectional.Left arm recliner curve design is a major issue.

Need to force the unit to recline. The back of the unit design is off center. Parts are not required to fit it I am told its a design issue. I have had 2 technical personnel in as many months come to see the issue.

I have been a loyal lazboy customer over 30 years and our family is extremely disappointed with this inferior dedign.I want it put right.
