Lazboy - Poor construction
My brother bought a lazyboy recliner with a warrenty ,some of the plastic parts inside broke and they would not honor it.Sad because he is dire need of the recliner. It was recenty purchased at Boscovs.

Lazboy - No customer service
Went into your store shopping for living room furniture. In there about 20 minutes. No one ever asked us if they could help us. They were sitting at their desk. One persin was taking care of a customer. The ladies were sitting looking at their computers not on the phone and never looked in our direction. Wont be back.
Lazboy - Leather cracking and peeling
I own three lazy boy recliners. They are all peeling on the head rest. I contacted the insurance company and they would not repair it. I have owned more than eight lazy boys I will never buy another one
