Lazboy - Exspensive top of the line power recliner
tech came out at $50.00 hr to inform me that my 2014 Greyson power recliner was unrepairable. Broken plastic foot rest drive lift mechanism. This was a $1400 chair. Customer service did nothing but make me jump thru hoops. These chairs are over rated, with operating systems that are designed to fail, cannot be fixed & the public is being lied to. Junk, plain & simple.

I bought a Lazy Boy rocker recliner at a used furniture store. I always thought Lazy Boy was a reputable company. The chair was so comfy and it was my lucky day (or so I thought!!) because it was marked 50% off the already sale price. NOW I know WHY!! One night shortly...Read more

My wife and I purchased , not one, but two leather Lazy-boy recliners in April 2017. When we saw them, we did not hesitate to purchase, fore, they were beautiful and backed by the Lazy-boy moniker. In spite of the fact that this was our first Lazy-boy purchase, we...Read more

Lazboy - Special Orders
Beware .... Anything not on the sales floor is considered to be "Special Order" and when it comes in and you do not like it they will change you a 50% return fee. I checked around and La-Z-Boy is the only store that has a 50% return fee.

Hubby & I shopped for two recliners to celebrate his retirement from active duty. In addition to looking online, we browsed in person and visited several stores while debating. It was between a Catnapper in a store in front of Sam’s Club and another in Grovetown when...Read more

Lazboy - Great product with Grandpa’s tech
Unplugging is the way to control blue light on power wands according to LaZboy. It’s time to say hello to Bluetooth! Cheap and impressive solution if chip control incorporated into your otherwise great recliners. I woild love app and voice controled chair. Plus, remember to send me a retrofit kit for the suggestion!

We began dealings with the La-Z-Boy store on US 19 in Clearwater, Florida two years ago. It was a huge mistake but since we were born and raised in the town where La-Z-Boy originated (Monroe, Michigan) and personally know the CEO, we felt comfortable with the company....Read more

They sold me furniture that began peeling right after I bought it. They came out and redid it. Eventually it all started to peel. They sent the same guy back to check it. This time my dog got out and jumped on him. He went back and told them the dog "attacked" him. He...Read more

I purchased $6000. worth of furniture from Lazy Boy in March of '17. Very shortly after the delivery the fabric on the sofa began pilling, and the back, center cushion looked under sized. In addition, I purchased a 5 year protection plan. Before the sofa was a year...Read more
