Lazboy - Substandard Construction/Body Support
We purchased a Lazyboy couch with the chase lounge end piece. When we sit on the right part of chase section, it feels like you are falling to the right.
When sitting on the section next to the chase, it feels like you're falling to the left. We had them come out & put more stuffing in which didn't help. They just came back today & the guy said there's nothing that can be done about it.
My parents have the exact same Lazyboy configuration that we do & their sections feel nice & stiff when you sit on them. If there's truly nothing that can be done, I'll have to try fixing it myself by putting plywood underneath & chalking it up to a $4000 lesson to never buy Lazyboy again.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
