Unless you enjoy utter frustration, lost time from work, and the general feeling of anger, do NOT buy anything from LazyBoy. We bought a reclining sofa and reclining chair less than a year ago from them. Within the first month, the sofa was malfunctioning. It took a month for us to get a service appointment and another 4 weeks to get the part in. Then we had to wait another 3 weeks or so to get ANOTHER appointment to have the sofa repaired. Less than a year from when we bought it, now the reclining chair and sofa are both broken - the second time for the sofa. We called a month ago for a service appointment. The service company will only give you a service window the day before your appointment. The window we got tomorrow is from 4-8 PM. Happy Weekend - NOT. I tried to get an earlier window and the service company ( US Quality ) basically said, and the saleswoman from the Robinson store confirmed, that we are at their mercy. They are the only authorized service company in the Pittsburgh area. You either take the appointment they give you or your stuff won't get fixed. You will wait for the parts as long as it takes, and they'll tell you when it they will come back to fix your furniture. Take it or leave it.

LazyBoy is soon having their annual Labor Day sale. They will tell you all of the wonderful benefits of buying from them. What they won't tell you is that their warranty is take it or leave it service and that the furniture will break twice in the first year. They won't tell you that the delivery will take longer than estimated. Don't plan on actually having working furniture once you buy it. All they want is to sell you expensive furniture. They don't want to sell you Good furniture. And finally, they don't care about you once the sale is done.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of lazboy sofa and associated monetary loss in the amount of $3700. Lazboy needs to "don't make me lose 5 days of work to get my furniture to work as promised" according to poster's claims.
