I purchased a recliner and within a few months the fabric was wearing poorly. I called customer service and they sent out an inspector.

He said the fabric had crushed on the arms and seat, and the buttons popped off and I would receive a call letting me know how we would proceed. The recliner was replaced with a new one in a different color fabric. The fabric on the new chair is crushing and worn. I called customer service and an inspector came out again.

They will be ordering me two new arms and padding for the seat back of the recliner since the padding has completely crushed. It is less then a year old. The quality of their fabric is awful.

They used to be one of the best, but not anymore. I need to buy a couch and will not waste my time and money going to them.
