I will never buy another couch from LazyBoy again. Before we purchased the very expensive couch and recliner, the local store in Natick, MA, sent over a designer to help select a color that would go well with our décor.

We accepted her recommendation. When the couch and recliner arrived at our house, the color combination with our décor was horrible. Now here's the worst part. Because it was a special order (I upgraded the cushion material) their policy is no returns, no refunds.

Jordan's furniture and Bernie and Phil's furniture has a return policy on custom orders.

But not LazyBoy. DON'T SHOP AT LAZYBOY!
