3 YR OLD CHAIR FROM LAZY BOY FALLS APART. ENDLESS (4) WARRANTY SERVICE IN 2017 ALONE AND NOW THEY SAY STANDING BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY REPAIRS IS ONLY A "COURTESY"...

STAY AWAY FROM THESE OVER VALUED AND OVER PRICED SPECIAL ORDERS FROM FACTORY...THEY JUST ARE NOT CONSUMER OR ADA FRIENDLY...THEY DON'T HAVE THE SAME QUALITY THEY USED TO HAVE , AND I ONLY BOUGHT LAZY BOY FURNITURE SINCE 2000...STORE HAS ISSUES WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING SPECIAL ORDERS CORRECT...CONTRACTORS THEY SEND OUT TO DO WARRANTY SERVICE CREATE MORE TURMOIL THAN GOOD WITH THEIR CONSTANT RETURN TRIPS AND SPECIAL ORDER FURNITURE STILLS FALLS APART. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR WARRANTY.

LOTS OF EXCUSES. DIFFERENT EVERY TIME YOU CONTACT FOR SERVICE.
