I BAUGHT too lazy boy recliners two years ago 2013, both are electric, both chairs failed in January 2015 at the same time, the motors and mechanism that makes the chairs recline are inferior, the shaft in the motors are made of inferior aluminum which snaps off and cannot be fixed, but needs to be replaced, the first time I ( call ) for maintenance and repair, was January 1,2015 lazy boy sent the repairman out 3 weeks later with a camera to take photos of all the broken parts, he gave me a window of return 4 to 6 weeks, 3 months later the repairman came with all the wrong parts, again he gave me a window of return to repair the chairs 4 to 6 weeks, three months later the repair man came with all the all right parts, six weeks later the same parts failed again, again they gave me a window of return 3 to 6 weeks for repair.today I am sitting here right after thanksgiving November 2015 calling the repair man again to come and fix this recline again because the shaft on the motor just snapped off again.
I just don't get it, what happened to made in the U.S.A.? Where there used to be pried and quality. Why it takes 3 to 6 weeks for repairs ?

Lazboy needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
